I, the undersigned, representative of the above company, attending the FY2026 Chasen Business Meeting 33–2025 held from 13 – 16 May 2025 at Swissotel Jakarta PIK Avenue, Indonesia hereby declare and acknowledge that the information made available through the various presentations and subsequent discussions during the meeting are strictly confidential to the Chasen Group. The information on the business operations, marketing strategies and budget forecasts among other information presented are to be kept within the group and to be used by me only for the purpose of achieving the Group business objectives for the year.
I undertake that I would not divulge such privileged information to other staff of my business unit except on a need-to-know basis and that such information, which may be price sensitive to Chasen shares in the Singapore Exchange, would also not be divulged to anyone within the Group who have any association with me (including my family members) and outside the Group until the FY2025 financial results are approved by the Board of Directors on 28 May 2025 and released to the public via the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on or before 31 May 2025.
